1. What Exactly Is The SAIKŌVERSE?


SAIKŌVERSE is more than a clothing brand—it’s a movement. We blend Japanese streetwear aesthetics with Western ambition to create bold designs that represent the pursuit of greatness. "Saikō" (最高) means the 'WOW' factor, the 'Best' in Japanese. When we say you’re living in the SAIKŌVERSE, it means you’re chasing your best self, It's a play on for SAIKŌ and PSYCHO, which we translate it as Crazy Good.

When we say you're in the SAIKŌVERSE, It means, You are unlike the many. You're striving for your best self,—relentlessly.

2. How do I find my correct size?


Each product page includes a detailed size chart tailored to that specific garment. We recommend measuring a shirt you already love and comparing it to our chart. If you're between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, size up. Still unsure? Shoot us a message—we’re happy to guide you.

3. What is your return or exchange policy?


We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Because we’re a small, independent brand, return shipping is not covered at this time.

To begin a return, email us at support@saikoverse.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. When will my order ship?


Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During drops or high-volume periods, shipping may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships. If it’s been more than a week and you haven’t received a tracking email, please feel free to reach out to info@saikoverse.com.

5. Do you ship internationally?


Yes. We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees may apply in your country—those are not covered by us.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?


Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 6 hours of ordering, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. After that, it’s likely your order is already in production or transit and we can’t make changes.

7. What materials do you use?


Our products are made using high-quality, ethically sourced cotton blends for durability and comfort. Many shirts are printed locally to ensure quality and detail. We’re in the process of expanding into performance wear, always prioritizing quality and feel.

8. How do I care for my shirt?

To keep your SAIKŌVERSE gear looking fresh:

  • Wash cold, inside out
  • Hang dry or tumble on low
  • Avoid bleach or fabric softeners
  • Don't iron directly on the print.

Do you restock designs?

Some drops are limited runs and won't restock - once they're gone, they're gone. Others may be re-released on demand. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list to stay updated on restocks and exclusive drops.
